People must really L-O-V-E that "FOOK ON HU" restaurant, people shout that recommendation to me ALL the time, complete strangers. Sounds slightly different with a Minnesota accent.
Pictures: Red chair with frames is my fav-o-rite!
Question: Are those Chairman Mao frisbees? Did you get one?
Hahahaha … poetry innit. At least now you know that restaurant is in Hong Kong. Next time you can answer FOOK ON HU YUR SELF (service). There was Chairman Mao merchandise everywhere! Crazy. I got better than a frisbee, I got a Chairman Mao Alarm Clock. Now the Chairman is waking me up every morning.
I forgot. Also got myself a Chairman Mao notebook. I already had one from San Francisco chinatown (which I keep for my communist poems - no not really) but I couldn't resist buying another one, with nice leather carving of Chairman Mao.
Love the tonal red and grey in the last photo.
ReplyDeleteThank you Cheryl!

ReplyDeleteI think you like shopping to much to be a committed communist, BUT the accoutrements are fab.
ReplyDeleteAnd, most importantly, ALL POWER TO THE FAB-U-LOUS PROLETARIAT!
